Woman denies arson charges

A WOMAN has denied endangering life by starting fires at a number of properties in Haverhill.
Mary Morgan, 20, of Marlborough Court, Haverhill, faces five charges of arson
The charges related to her endangering the lives of Emma, Paula and Martin Manley, Samantha Jenkins, Elizabeth Smith, Chairmaine Dockery and others.
At an earlier magistrates' committal hearing Morgan was charged with causing £6,000 damage at Wellington Terrace, Haverhill, last March, £10,000 damage at Strasbourg Square in June, then £30,000 damage later, and a further £24,000 to three properties in July.
Morgan was yesterday granted unconditional bail and will reappear at Bury St Edmunds Crown Court on Wednesday, April 18.
