Witnesses sought to delivery lorry break-in
Tuesday, 22nd May 2012.
Police in Haverhill are appealing for information after a delivery lorry was broken into on Clayhill Drive.
The incident occurred when the drivers were making a nearby delivery between 1.40pm and 1.50pm on Wednesday, May 16.
They returned to the vehicle to find the window on the driver's door was broken.
A Blackberry Curve mobile phone, a pair of glasses and a black pouch of tobacco were stolen.
Police would like to speak to four men in their late teens who were seen in the area and may have information that could help the investigation.
They are all described as white and aged between 15 and 19. Two were around 6ft tall - with one wearing a grey hoodie, black baseball hat and black shoulder bag – the other had blond hair and a blue checked shirt.
The others were around 5ft to 5ft 6in tall, with one wearing a white and grey top with blue jeans – the other was wearing dark clothing and was carrying a child’s scooter.
