Teenager robbed by knifeman
Thursday, 9th May 2002.
A 19-year-old man was robbed at knife point in Haverhill last Wednesday evening.
Police are appealing for information about the incident which happened at the open space next to the bridge in Ehringhausen Way between 6 pm and 6.15 pm.
Two men approached the victim, one brandishing a knife and forced him to hand over his wallet containing a quantity of money.
The victim was shocked, but not injured by the incident.
One offender is described as white, in his late teens to early 20’s, six feet tall, with a large tattoo on the right hand side of his neck. He was wearining blue jeans, a white T-shirt, a fairly new denim jacket and a blue or balck baseball cap. The other was a white male about 5 ft 10 in tall.
