Sunshine brings crowds flocking to Haverhill Show
Sunday, 4th July 2010.
Thousands of people crowded onto Recreation Ground over the weekend to sample the delights of The Haverhill Show and to help raise money for local charity LAMPH.
Stalls, funfair rides and car boot sales operated on both days, and on Sunday they were enhanced by various displays, including local dance schools and sports clubs and visiting entertainers.
The show had a circus theme this year, and the jugglers caught the eye with two shows which kept watchers spellbound.
Sunday also saw the traditional dog show and baby show taking place and a line-up of vintage vehicles.
Warm sunshine on both days ensured a healthy turnout for the town's main summer event.
