Spooky times at new Tesco
Tuesday, 3rd November 2009.
There was some free Halloween fun in store at Tesco in Haverhill on Saturday for customers.
Youngsters were treated to some spooky face painting, there was a craft workshop and entertainers Hocus and Pocus were in store providing fun and games.
Generous customers also helped the store to raise a total of £131.76 for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, Tesco’s 2009 Charity of the Year.
Customers were asked to make a donation if they took part in the free face painting and Halloween craft workshop.
Tesco's community champion Claire Bowden presented West Wratting Youth Football Club with a cheque for £500 (see our sports page).
