Sixties icon returns to arts centre

One of the icons of the 1960s returns to Haverhill Arts Centre this month.
Gerry Marsden from Gerry And The Pacemakers invites his audience on a musical journey as he talks about his early beginnings in Liverpool, the heady days with legendary manager Brian Epstein and producer George Martin (who the Pacemakers shared with The Beatles) and his years topping the UK charts.
Hear all Gerry’s greatest hits – I Like It, You’ll Never Walk Alone, Don't Let The Sun Catch You Crying, among many others - mixed with stories, jokes and anecdotes from Gerry’s years on the road.
The roller coaster ride of fun, music and nostalgia is on Sunday, May 12, at 7.30pm. Tickets are £20 and available from the box office 01440 714140.
