Police seek driver who aided robbery victim

Police need to trace a driver who was flagged down in Wratting Road in Haverhill in the early hours of Saturday, January 25.
The man, who was driving a dark car which had children in the back, was flagged down around 1.50am by a woman who was trying to raise the alarm after she and her boyfriend were confronted by several men in a robbery incident in the area.
The driver is thought to have assisted the woman and, as part of the investigation into what happened, police would like to speak to him.

Officers have arrested five men – three 21-year-olds and two 22-year-olds – in connection with the incident and they have been bailed to return to police in early March.
