Police seek dog that bit six-year-old girl

Police in Haverhill are appealing for information after a six-year-old girl was bitten by a dog in a play area.
The incident happened at 9.45am on Saturday in Hales Barn Road.
The girl was with her brother and sister when a couple walked past with a golden-coloured spaniel-type dog.
The child asked to stroke the dog but it bit her on the face and the children ran home.
The dog was between one-and-a-half and two feet tall and was called Jake.
The man with it was white, with dark, spiked hair, and the woman had shoulder-length blonde hair.
