Police appeal for information after dog bites boy

Police are appealing for information after a 15-year-old boy was bitten by a dog in Haverhill.
At around 5.30pm on Wednesday, December 14, the boy was walking by the Hong Chef Kong Chinese takeaway in Queensway in Haverhill when he was allegedly bitten on the arm by a German Shepherd, causing his jacket sleeve to rip. He also sustained some scratches to his arm.
The dog was with a man and a woman who were pushing a baby in a pram.
Officers want to speak to the owners of the dog, or anyone who may know who they are or may have witnessed the incident and could assist police.
