Police appeal after robbery in town underpass
Tuesday, 10th April 2012.
Police in Haverhill are appealing for information after two men were robbed in Spindle Road.
The incident happened at around 7.35pm yesterday in the underpass.
Two men followed the victims into the underpass and allegedly assaulted them, taking a Nike bag which contained two mobile phones.
The suspects may have been driving a silver Golf with blacked out rear windows in Chimswell Road and the surrounding area.
Witnesses have described the vehicle as driving slowly, parking occasionally.
