Police appeal after burglars go into action
Monday, 17th December 2012.
Police in Haverhill are appealing for witnesses after a series of crimes overnight last night in the Duddery Road and Hamlet Road areas.
There was an attempted burglary of a non-residential building near the top of Duddery Hill during which criminal damage was caused.
Then there was an attempt to burgle a garage in Hamlet Road in which damage was also caused.
Finally a motor vehicle parked in Duddery Hill was broken into and items taken.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in those areas can call Haverhill police on 101 or ring Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
