Haverhill Arts Centre has announced its film season for May and June and among the highlights are a couple of this year's Oscar winners.

Best film, The Hurt Locker, can be seen on Saturday, May 8, and The Blind Side, for which Sandra Bullock won best actress, is showing on Tuesday June 15.

The Arts Centre runs a club for film fans called Reel Culture. Members can see selected films for just £3.50. Selected films this time around are: Micmacs on Wednesday, May 5, Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll on Wednesday, May 19, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo on Monday, June 14, The Red Shoes on Monday, June 21 and Lourdes on Monday, June 28.
