Olympic medal winner joins swim

OLYMPIC silver medallist Nick Gillingham took an early morning dip with youngsters at Haverhill on Saturday.
Youngsters aged between seven and 14 took part in a swim clinic with Nick during an open day at the Haverhill Leisure Centre. He showed them some of the strokes which made him a double award Olympic medallist and also gave tips on nutrition and training.
Also joining in the fun outside the pool was Tony the Kellogg's Frosties ASA Award scheme tiger.
Free assessments were also offered for swimmers of all ages and abilities at the Open Day.
