Not quite so bella Haverhill
Monday, 16th November 2009.
An Italian market battled with some distinctly non-Italian weather in Haverhill's Queen Street on Friday and Saturday.
The market had been brought in as part of events to mark the re-opening of the street after the recent enhancement works.
Amid rainy and windy conditions, stalls were selling breads, cheeses, meats, olives, nougat, biscuits, olive oil and pasta.
The street was re-opened as a thoroughfare yesterday evening (Sunday).
