No susicious circumstances around fatal fire

The investigation into a fatal house fire in Clare on Tuesday has determined that there were no suspicious circumstances.
The fire service and police were called at around 7.50am to reports of a fire at a property in Nethergate Street.
The fire was extinguished a short while later and a body was found inside the building.
A joint investigation between police and fire officers has concluded that the fire was accidental.
The matter has now been referred to the coroner while enquiries continue to formally identify the body and a post-mortem will be held in due course.
