Motorists sliding around again
Tuesday, 23rd February 2010.
Yesterday's snow and rain caused slippery conditions, with police being called to a series of minor accidents.
Two occurred in quick succession around 9am in the Cleves Road area, and the fire service were called to one, where dust from an inflated airbag was thought to be smoke.
One in volved two vehicles in Henry Close and closed the cul-de-sac for a while, and the other involved two vehicles in Cleves Road.
No one was seriously hurt in any of the accidents.
