Motorist dies as car hits tree
Wednesday, 9th February 2011.
A man died when the car he was driving hit a tree in Withersfield today.
The crash happened at 12.11pm in Silver Street.
The male driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed at the junction of Horseheath Road and Skippers Lane, and the A1307 and Silver Street.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision should call Suffolk's Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01473 613500.
