Marathon mums' big day out
Thursday, 3rd February 2000.
TWO mums with children in the same classes are to run the London Marathon.
Sue Huckle, 42, of Chapel Street, and Debbie Hartshorn, 36, of Churchfields, both in Steeple Bumpstead, are both new to running.
The women are both members of the Steeple Bumpstead Primary School PTA, where sons Sam and Daniel, both seven, are pupils.
Mrs Hartshorn will run in aid of the Anthony Nolan Trust and Mrs Huckle in aid of the St John Ambulance group. They both need to raise at least £1,000.
Sponsor forms are available from the News office in Queen Street, Haverhill, or the Woolwich Building Society in the High Street.
