Man seen watching children playing

POLICE are keen to trace a man who was seen watching a group of children in Broad Street, Haverhill.
The man appeared to be watching the youngsters as they played in he afternoon. Shortly afterwards a fourteen year old girl was followed by a man fitting the same description as she walked to a house in Broad Street.
In the first incident on Wednesday, October 24, children had been playing outside at about 4:10pm when they became aware of the man watching them and wolf-whistling at them.
When concerned parents took the youngsters inside the man moved away.
At around 4:45pm the girl was followed. When she went inside the house in Broad Street, the man left in the direction of Broadcroft Crescent.
He is described as white, with facial stubble, a skinhead or balding hairstyle, a fat bottom lip, and scruffy appearance. He was wearing dark clothing and had a mountain bike.
