Man arrested on suspicion of growing cannabis

A man was arrested after Suffolk and Cambridgeshire Police executed two warrants on Wednesday, one in Haverhill.
Two properties were entered, at West Wickham High Street and Sperling Drive in Haverhill.
A quantity of incapacitant sprays, taser devices and cannabis plants were seized at the West Wickham address. Computers were removed from the Haverhill property.
The man, a 20-year-old from Haverhill, was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and possession of prohibited weapons.
He was questioned before being released on police bail to return to Bury St Edmunds Police Station on May 4.
