Ice-cream machine stolen in kiosk burglary
Tuesday, 17th May 2011.
Thieves broke into the kiosk on Recreation Ground early this morning and stole an ice-cream-making machine.
The incident happened between 2am and 2.15am when they broke into the food kiosk by forcing the shutters.
The ice-cream-making machine would have required more than one person to move it.
A suspicious white Vauxhall van with an orange light on top was seen ion Chauntry Road at the time, and two people were seen running along Chainey Pieces.
