Hotel celebrates apprenticeship successes

Two managers at Haverhill's Days Inn hotel have just completed advanced apprenticeships.
Guest service managers Simon Bolton and Rachael Thorne were celebrating this week as they received their certificates from Otley College after completing their Advanced Apprenticeships in Management.
As part of the apprenticeship, both Simon and Rachael attained an NVQ Level 3 in Management and a BTEC Level 3 in Introducing Management.
Days Inn Haverhill is proud to support its staff in all their training needs, from Days Inn brand training programmes to college courses such as NVQ and BTEC.
The hotel has also been the recipient of the Haverhill Chamber of Commerce employer of the Year award in 2009.
Simon will now be going on to study for an NVQ Level 3 in Sales, and Rachael will be studying for a BTEC Level 5 in Management
