Golfer Jacqueline continues in good form

The Haverhill Golf Club Ladies medal was played on Wednesday, November 3 and Jacqueline Condon’s recent form continued as she claimed another victory, with a score of 93-19-74.
In second place was Mary Sail, with 93-16-77 and in third place, lady vice-captain Marian Mercer with 106-26-80.
Vice-president Dennis Harkness partnered Robert Rudge to triumph in the HMP Foursomes Cup with a 2pt victory over their rivals, scoring 38pts off a combined handicap of nine.
The runners-up had to be separated on countback, with five pairs sharing 36pts.
This had to be determined over the last six holes, and the pairing of Pat McGarr and Wayne Penman just had the edge.
Stuart King and Kim Ward finished in third place, also on 36pts.
