Get Cycling for Headway Around Suffolk!

Our annual Sponsored Cycle Ride enters its eighth year in 2016 having incredibly raised over £30,000 since its inaugural event in 2009!
The 28 mile circular route repeats last year's course, which starts (9am) and finishes at our Ipswich Hub at Epsilon House on Ransomes Europark, Ipswich on Saturday 23 April.
It takes in Bucklesham and seaside town Felixstowe as you enjoy the East Suffolk coast, with cyclists given the option of an additional 10 mile loop past Newbourne.
It is open to individuals, families, groups and corporates. It is an ideal team building exercise for companies with a Headway Trophy presented (at our Awards Ball) to the team that raises the most sponsorship, which last year was won by Seven Group.
Seven Group, Ashton KCJ, Scrutton Bland, Ryan's, Getech, and 2016 sponsor Gotelee are some of the local businesses that have taken part in recent years.
