Further delay on former Esso site

The company which wants to build a car wash and vacuum bays at the former Esso petrol station site on the junction of Withersfield Road and Western Avenue in Haverhill is asking for more time.
Petrol Hypermarkets Ltd have planning permission for the work but the time limit on it soon runs out, so they have asked St Edmundsbury Borough Council for an extension for another three years.
