Fire crews battle blaze at school

FIRE officers believe arsonists may be behind a blaze which ripped through mobile classrooms at a school today.
Fire crews were called to the two temporary cabins, which were well alight, at the Samuel Ward School in Haverhill school shortly before 6am.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue received more than 10 calls from different members of the public after the fire was spotted.
Fire officers said they believed the blaze at the school was suspicious.
It took more than an hour to totally extinguish the fire. The two cabins are believed to be mobile classrooms a third cabin was damaged by heat and smoke.
A crime scene police officer and a fire investigation officer were investigating the fire.
