Festival hits the street

A packed fortnight of festival fun kicked off in Haverhill on Saturday with a line-up of local, national and international talent on offer.
A lively street festival with five hours of street entertainment took place in the town centre and Market Square on Saturday.
Zany acts included comedy juggler Rex Boyd, fighting fops Swash and Buckle, Maynard Flip Flap the man in a box, and Punchinello's Puppets for younger children.
There was also a show at the Arts Centre by the Bumpstead Boys, on Sunday. The festival runs for the rest of this week finishing with a Haverhill Silver Band concert on Sunday .
