Double attempted burglary yields nothing

Police in Haverhill are appealing for witnesses after an attempted burglary in the town.
The incident took place between 4.30pm on Saturday November 8, and 6.45am on Monday, November 10, at a house in Chauntry Road.
An attempt was made to force open the front door at the property which was unsuccessful and a shed in the back garden was entered, but nothing was stolen.
Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact PC Daniel Aston at Haverhill Police Station on 101 quoting reference HH/14/2214, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
