Crafters engineer a new name and venue for meetings
Monday, 2nd March 2015.
Haverhill Crafters’ Cooperative, which has been holding craft fairs in a room at the Arts Centre for the last year, has changed both its name and its venue.
Haverhill Crafters’ Club will be hosting a bi-monthly craft fair on the first Saturday of the month, in the Methodist Church Hall in Camps Road.
Their first event of the season is this Saturday, March 7, from 10am to 2pm, with a variety of crafts available to purchase, some of which can be made to order for a special occasion.
They have such intriguing contributors as Steampunkalicious, Enchanted Rose, Snobbyeddy, Wood Creations and Wytchrose, alongside the more traditional cards, jewellery and face painting.
There will also be free tea and coffee for all visitors. Future events will be on May 2, July 4, September 5, November 7 and their special Christmas Fair on December 12.
If anyone would like to join, you can go along and say hello on the day, or email lynbacchus1@sky.com
