Wednesday, 29th December 2010.
As soon as you have finished with your Christmas tree you can take it to Haverhill waste tip in Coupals Close to be recycled.
Residents in St Edmundsbury are being encouraged to recycle their real Christmas trees, when the festive season has ended.
Smaller trees can be cut up and placed in the brown composting bins, making sure that the lid closes properly.
Larger trees can be taken to household recycling centres at Rougham, Ingham, or Haverhill. Trees left at the side of bins cannot be collected.
