Candidates announced for all postal ballot

With the candidates announced today for local elections St Edmundsbury Borough Council is pushing the message vote, seal and witness, because this year things are different.
Aimed at increasing the dwindling turnout for local elections. Up for contest this time are seats on the Haverhill Town Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council.
