Burglars are about again
Monday, 1st February 2010.
Burglars got away with a television, a laptop, jewellery, a game console and cash from a house in Moneypiece Close in Haverhill overnight on January 27/28.
They got in via a locked conservatory door between midnight and 7.45am.
A Samsung 32in flat screen TV, a Sony Vaio laptop, two items of Tiffany jewellery, a white DS Lite and an amount of cash were taken.
Anyone with information which might help catch the thieves should contact DC Jackie Mumford at Bury St Edmunds CID on 01284 774100 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
The following night parts were stolen from a mobility scooter parked in a back garden in Somerset Court.
Between 6pm and 9.30am next morning a Karelma scooter had the seat and the motor casing removed and two electric batteries, two back wheels and an electric motor stolen.
