Bingo evening helps raise cash for school

Over 60 staff, parents, carers, pupils and friends of the primary school braved a wet, blustery night to enjoy the fun bingo event.
The hidden talents of Sarah Halls, honorary bingo caller for the evening, enlivened
the family fun.
Chair of FOBES, Emma Gerbino, said: "Parents, carers, staff and the Friends of Burton End School endeavour to raise as much as possible to support the first class education offered to our children.
"With budget constraints and increasing demands on our resources every penny we can raise goes directly to improving our school. Our school is a hub for our community and events like this bring us closer together."
