Barrett expects expects a tough match

HAVERHILL Rovers face Norwich United at home on Saturday looking for a Jewson League Division One double.
Rovers manager Lee Barrett does not expect an easy game as Norwich hammered March Town United 7-1 on Saturday.
"I don't know how they managed to put seven goals past March, but it does show that we shouldn't take them lightly," he said.
"The bottom three or four sides probably aren't as good as they should be, but I'm not going to make derogatory comments about them. We only beat them 2-1 at home, and their result on Saturday showed that we will need to give 100 per cent on Saturday."
Barrett has a fully fit squad from which to choose against a side who have leaked the most goals in the division, 73 in 22 games, and they have Lee Sharpe back in contention for a place in the line-up after suspension.
Rovers were without a game on Saturday, so Paul Goodman, Mark Brandt and Ian Spencer all stepped down to play for the reserves in their vital relegation scrap with St Johns.
Goodman and Brandt were among the goalscorers as Rovers won 3-0 to ease their relegation fears considerably.
Rovers were due to travel to Ryman League Division One side Braintree on Tuesday evening in the quarter-final of the Eastern Floodlight Cup.
