Andrew lifts the President's Putter

The President’s Putter, one of Haverhill Golf Club's major events, was played on Sunday, June 19.
The competition required a handicap limit of 18, which was then played off ¾ to give a maximum handicap of 14.
Winning with a tremendous score of 78-11-67 was Andrew Gage. Andrew’s actual playing handicap of 15 has now been cut by three shots to 12.
In second place was Robert Rudge with 78-8-70, on countback from third place Paul Bartlett with 78-8-70.
The Ladies June Stableford was played on Wednesday and Saturday, June 15 and 18. Winning overall with a very commendable score of 36pts was Jackie Condon on countback, from second place Karen Wilby with 36pts and in third place Pat Kennedy with 35pts.
