Adam drives a new Comic Relief campaign
Thursday, 7th March 2013.
Haverhill is about to witness a Vauxhall-style makeover, all in the name of Comic Relief.
Local dealer, Drive Vauxhall, is joining in the Red Nose Day fun by launching a ‘Where’s Adam?’ campaign, to celebrate the launch of the brand new, urban-chic city car from Vauxhall, the Adam, while raising money for Comic Relief.
Throughout this week leading up to Red Nose Day, large Vauxhall Adam stickers will be hiding around the town centre in Haverhill just waiting to be discovered.
The Adam campaign is encouraging the local community to get involved and raise money for the cause by taking a snap with one of these Adam stickers.
Sarah Ferrari, market area general manager at Drive Vauxhall, said: “At Drive Vauxhall we are committed to supporting charities and it gives us great pleasure to try and raise as much money as we can for such a worthwhile cause.
"Comic Relief makes a huge difference to the people it supports and we are passionate about being a part of that.”
Anyone taking a photograph of themselves with the Adam stickers should send their image to sarahferrari@drivevauxhall.co.uk, and the dealership will donate £1 to Comic Relief for every one received.
These images will then get uploaded to the Drive Bury St Edmunds Facebook page for people to ‘like’ and share with friends.
Sarah Ferrari said: “We would like urge people around Haverhill to get involved and embrace the Red Nose Day spirit. The more photographs we receive, the more money we will donate, so we hope to motivate people to get out and about this week and help contribute towards Red Nose Day.”
The star of this creative campaign is Vauxhall’s first-ever urban-chic city car, the Adam. The stylish, three-door, four-seater model is keenly positioned to take the fashion-led A-sector by storm.
